Blame Bush, it's his fault

Despite what President Obama said to win the 2008 Presidential Election, reality is that President Bush's foreign (Commander in Chief) policies are alive today, even without his presence anywhere near the White house. As much as the Democrats try to blame any unsavory result of the current administration's policies on the Bush Presidency, the ball has been in their court now for long enough, and they should just come clean and face it, and stop blaming a retired George W.Bush on uncanny policy decisions.
