The Smell of Smoke in Turkey

As the world has seen Turkey move farther away from the attempts of Attaturk to make Turkey secular, the Muslim characterization of centuries-old influences are gathering and gaining in a way that speak to a prophetic implication made about the people of the 'north,' geographically referencing from the land of Israel. It is not without much scholarship one can see that having Turkey seek a greater role in defining the Islamic intentions in the region portends to things to come.

That Turkey seeks to be the worlds' 'firefighter' makes for an interesting supposition, that if it is necessary to quell the fiery intentions of other-minded Islamists as they vent their anger on Israel, does Turkey provide the asbestos-shield to prevent another holocaust (for all indigenous people, not just the Jewish ones); or are they the foil to be used by others while they work to fulfill the intentions of the greater Islamic/Islamist influences of the region.

Or do we see the third, of a Fahrenheit 451 influence; that of fighting fire with fire, preparing and helping to prepare for a circumstance no one is prepared to indulge; for the potential of the last resort is for a complete overthrow of the region to settle once and for all in the Muslim mindset that Islam is no longer to be messed with. The Biblical implications are enormous so it would be negligent to consider all possibilities, and if possible, be prepared as well for the inevitably of the Islamist's intentions.

It is quite plain, after all is shown to be true, that Turkey (in direct concert with Iran)has been moving in a direction that should leave no questions as to what they are intending. Couple this with the unrest in just about everywhere else in the Middle East and not too many other conclusions are going to prove themselves out like this one. The implications are too plain to be misconstrued, even as attempts to redirect and divert are in action as things are unfolding before the world's eyes.
