atatürk and akp

new turkish politics ,more independent ,more democratic, more freedom to religons, more freedom to kurds has been started by akp party. but it is now turkish state politics. whoever comes to power, this will not change. so mr pipes's assumption that if secularist, kemalist party comes to power, turkey will be a western imperializms puppet again is not true. the main reason triggered turkeys new politics is eu's rejection of taking turkey inside. this is also the reason for turks to stick their culture and islam more than before. the logic is this. if we are rejected by west why should we serve to their interests,we must only follow politics which is good for us.and working with our neighbours, benefits us. we dont care eu s americas or israels interests,even if some of you consider us your enemies.

also mr pipes offers turkey to be kicked out of nato. eu rejected turkey only for turks being muslims.there are no other valid reasons. if also nato kicks out turkey for acting her economic interests,, all the muslim world would clearly realise that western imperializm has opened a war against islam. this may change many things in world politics. so it is a very critical offer to send turkey out of nato. not very easy move.

mr pipes think that turkish government and turks who follow akp party have a hiddenn ajenda of creating a united islamist world. the only reason we elect mr erdoğan again and again for the third time is not because he and his family are religous people or not his world politics and his reactions to imperialist world, only because we became a little bit richer during his period comparing to past and we have more democracy and human rights in our country now.

mr pipes also try to catogorise people as islamists. well ı can guarantee you that majority of turks would do business with israelis even today under such terrible political conditions. also if israeli turist can visit turkey they will be welcomed because they will bring money. after the murdered 9 turks by israels government. israel in general can be disliked by turks very obviously. but if any israeli individual can say that they condemn their government, for their inhuman acts all the time, why should we hate him or her. ours is not a racist or religous war as you try to show.
