The author of the gospel according to Matthew wrote 24,756 words and 13,522 were quotes of Jesus. The author of the gospel according John wrote 19,978 words and 8,138 were quotes of Jesus. The author of the 13 epistles attributed to Paul wrote 45,360 words but never once quoted Jesus. The reason Paul never quoted Jesus is because he was trying to build and successfully built an empire for himself. In those same 13 volumes attributed to Paul he wrote the word "I" 750 times, and he wrote the word God 559 times, he wrote the word Christ 391 times, and he wrote the word Jesus 221 times.It is hard for me to imagine Paul as a disciple (student) of Jesus without ever quoting him. There were just over 52,000 Greek and/or Aramaic words used in the New Testament. Some of those words were used by every author while other words were unique to a particular writer. For instance the 3 word phrase "Kingdom of Heaven" was written 32 times and found only in Matthew. Paul and/or his amanuensis used certain key words or multiple word phrases in those same 13 volumes. By comparing some of those key words and phrases in the 13 Pauline epistles we can also see them in 4 other volumes written by Paul but the titles were changed by the early church fathers to make the writing of Paul appear to be genuine, that is if they wanted to claim a title of authority. In my book "Invaders of the Kingdom" I call Paul the 1st unnamed Pope because it is he who laid out the qualifications for the clergy at large. The Visible Church, both Catholic and Protesant, has ultimately invaded the Invisible Congregation that Jesus established. Thus Christianity as a money making machine has eventually eroded away from the teaching of Jesus and embraced the words of Paul, the counterfeit.
