Signs of the Times ?Reader comment on item: Living Freely in England a Century Ago Submitted by Jules Posten (United States), Jul 28, 2011 at 09:58 he other evening, i noticed on the " current news crawl" of a TV news station, reports of signs appearing in "muslim neighborhoods" in London, stating that those areas would now be subect to "Moslem Laws" governing both criminal and normal conduct. in these neigborhoods, the law of the land would no longer be the version of English justice, but strict adherence to the "Moslem Standard" the "crawl" stated that local authorities were attempting to pull down and dispose of the "notices", but new ones kept appearing with "rules" for all aspects of life in these areas of London, England, including dress, codes of conduct etc, not in sync with English law. What puzzles me is that outside of this "crawl" that evening, there has not been any other report on this troubling situation either on tv news or the print media. if this initial report is correct, why has it not been reported anywhere else. I have seen no retraction of this news bite. has political correctness played any hand in supressing what seems to me, at any rate, an important developement in "moslem relations" with the main stream of whatever country they take residence in, and perhaps plan to take over someday.. Shouldn't this news item be a loud wake up call for us in our country, or we like the frog in the slowly heating pan of water, too complacent to realize we're being boiled alive.
