I wasn't "making a point" with my Vulgate Latin.......I was describing the bumptious literary text of a commentator. The Latin phrase fit perfectly.

Moi? Of a defined Islamic phiosophic ideology? Sacre bleu! That's quite an eschatological jump, Father, and completely incorrect.

Oh, I know the context alright. And how you arrived at the idea I was using it "against" anybody, let alone a "Christian" is anybody's guess. Far as I can tell, this forum publishes your location but not your religion.

As for your last paragraph, it reminded me of a passage in a short story I once read. You may have read it yourself. It's called "Rain" by Somerset Maugham and your admonition to me could have easily come from Reverand Davidson's very lips. (If you haven't read this famous story, it's online at:
