"I have seen countless comments by Muslims who recite by rote all of the Muslim lands that must be liberated from the infidels."

huh? I am not aware of West and the Muslim World being in conflict over land... probably the only hot point left is Palestine. Likes of Chechnya and Kashmir are almost over.
