LOL, You also left out the Philippines, Thailand, most of India, Numerous Greek Islands, West Papua, Bali, Kenya, South Sudan, East Timor.etc

The insidious nature of the term Muslim lands is really where any Muslim is. A Muslim land is where there are enough Muslims to force out by any means everybody else. West Papua is a perfect example of systematic mass immigration used to force the local peoples into a minority. Bali is another example of a mixture of intimidation and immigration to replace the local peoples and religion. It is a policy of playing the victim until you can kill everybody else.

East Timor is an example where it did not work for the Muslims, They took the opportunity in the mid 1970's to invade their neighbour. They moved large numbers of Muslim immigrants into the country and tried to wipe out the local religions. When they were finally asked to leave, they conducted a mass slaughter as a final gift from the religion of peace.

South Sudan is yet another example.
