He has not been convicted, and i have a feeling all these concocted accusations will not lead to trial in long run, like with Buyukanit and maybe Balyoz and Ergenkon gangs too. It is unfortunate internal matter Turkey must resolve and patriotic Turks are concerned, but there will be relatively few who can defend coup plotters.

Generals have now not a single lever of influence all will be decided at ballot box and by economy. If you want AKP downfall pray for our economic disaster. I don't see any other way to remove this party.

As far as war abilities, let me assure you - if attacked Turkey will respond with all its might, so do not try.
