Several years ago, a young man in England caught Polio Myelitis, and sadly he died. The cause was finally tracked down to his helping to change his little nephew's soiled diaper. The baby's parents had both been immunised in infancy, but the devoted Uncle had not, due to some medical contra-indication. After the little nephew was immunised, the contents of his diapers contained active pathogens for a short time.

Immigration authorities should demand immunisation certificates, and impose an extra no-fly consolidation period.
