History repeats itself

Thank you for a very well-written and factual letter to Senator Schumer. Unfortunately, not one of the Jewish senators has the guts or the decency to go against Obama and acknowledge how totally unqualified Hagel is. Hagel was incompetent before the Senate committee and yet our Jewish representatives in the Senate continue to be beholden to the President.

This is just like the Jewish leaders who were afraid to disagree with FDR's criminal behavior in refusing to allow the Jewish refugees on the St. Louis to come to America.
