Muslim first, citizen second - the Islamist agendaReader comment on item: Excluding Jews and Others from Law Courts Submitted by myth (Germany), Mar 14, 2013 at 04:37 NuritG, we are looking at stealth jihad. The objective of the jury selection is not the jury itself. The message to the court and the public is this: The defendant demands to be considered as a Muslim first and as a citizen in second place. With this demand the defendant asks for a privilege as a Muslim. This is an Islamist agenda. The jury selection translates this agenda into priorities, what do first. First select the jury by religious criteria, then apply secular legal criteria in the trial as a second step. There is also a shift in authority from the judge to the defendant. It is the defendant who has the authority to select the jury. Again, an Islamist agenda: the defendant, because he is a Muslim, demands authority over the court. What is the stealthy bit ? It is pretending this was intended to achieve a better defense. As I explained in another comment, announcing antagonizing statements damages the defense.
