Support the division of SyriaReader comment on item: Support the Syrian Rebels? Submitted by albert snow (Sweden), May 18, 2013 at 07:27 Syria and Iraq could be divided in three parts of independent states each. One kurdish, one sunni and one alawite in Syria, and one kurdish, one sunni and one shiite in Iraq. First of all that would help create a homeland for the kurdish people in Syria and Iraq, second it would weaken the threath from Iran and other islamists in the region. Making the often pro west kurds allies to Israel and US is very important. That's why Israel and US should arm the kurdish rebels in Syria but not the arabs, and support the kurdish peoples ambition to create independent kurdish states in Syria and Iraq. Israel should be the first of nations to acknowledge these states right to exist and develope full diplomatic relations as soon as possible.
