Shadi Hamid of the Brookings Institution is he out of a job?Reader comment on item: Sisi's Incompetent Anti-Islamist Campaign Submitted by dhimmi no more (United States), Mar 25, 2014 at 17:55 Dr. Pipes el-Sisi and yes he is not colorful like King Farouk or Nasser or Sadat or Mubarak and yes he is dull and boring but he could provide Egypt the stability that its people need and get rid of the terrorist group the MB but he is facing a formidable enemy and that is the talking heads that work for US think tanks and I suspect that these think tanks in the case of Qatar are financed by the Qatari Amir and case in point is this Shadi Hamid Shadi Hamid is a fellow at the Brookings Institution and he was in Qatar and I suspect that he was paid by the Qataris until early this year and he was telling who ever is listening that the MB is a democratic group! No I'm not kidding, and that Morsi believes in democracy and this is the same Morsi who believed that 60% of the population of Egypt (women and Copts and Shia and athiests) should be treated as second class citizens and should be barred from many government positions. And Shadi Hamid also sent a tweet where he stated that: "I don't know how you can look at Morsi's 6 months and call them "disastrous" How could he write this nonsense with a straight face. I do not get it. I do not have any respect for the Brookings Institution any longer and I'm very happy that the Saudis want to see the Brookings Institution, Doha gone and if Shadi loses his job it would be music to my ears But wait I understand he is back in Washington, DC.
