We should never ever get in a war with a people who live by tribal law. The only way we should be in conflict is if we intend to create a giant glass skating rink that is radioactive. These people have defeated army after army. We should have figured it out when the Russians gave up in Afghanistan. That being said, any CIC who tells the enemy when he intends to leave is an idiot.
