countries and peoples are not enemies

It is only a political choice of the "current" turkish leadership to have "bad relations with israel"

Some ten years ago turkey and israel had beyond perfect relations and strategic alliance.

tayyip being a religious zealot, intentionally detoriated this alliance.

dont worry neither turkey nor israel will ever escalate this tension to a war as it has no benefit for either party.

as for cyprus, for me it is not even a country. it lacks "politics and sources of scale" to be a real country. it would be much better if it is partitioned between greece and turkey. since neither parties on the island has enough stamina to stand on its own without political backing from their mother countries.
