Feeding a snake with milk...

Dear Prof Pipes,

There is a proverb in Sanskrit that if a snake is fed with milk, it will only increase its poison.

As an Indian I have no locus standi to say anything as to how the US gov't should spend its tax payers' money. Despite this, may I submit that spending on Muslims militant or moderate would be a waste.
