Terror in the Qur'an in Surat al-Anfal 12

Our dear m s or is it Md is quoting an aya from Surat al-Anfal Masha'allah

Quran;8_39.

Well I have one for you where your Allah says in the violent 8:12

سالقي في قلوب الذين كفروا الرعب

Or I will instil TERROR in the hearts of those that disbelieved

So I have a few questions for you

1. How come your Allah is unable to change the hearts of the disbelievers and make them believers unless Allah is not omnipotent or there is no Allah so which one is it? so which one is it?

2. I'm sure you agree with me anyone who instils terror is a terrorist by his won defenition. So who is the terrorist here? Hint: The author of the verse

3. It means that there are doctrines in Islam that promote terrorism

4. It also explains why millions of your Hindu ancestors were terrorized, killed, enslaved and raped by the Muslim invaders of India

Oh the rest of the verse?

فاضربوا فوق الاعناق واضربوا منهم كل بنان

Or and beat them above the necks and beat the tips of their fingers

Your Allah is a nice guy (sarcasm) and not just a terrorist but also he tortures and kills his own creation and then he calls himself al-Rahman al-Raheem so who is the liar here?

Oh فاضربوا فوق الاعناق or beat them above the necks was read by your revered al-mufasereen as behead them! Despicable

This means that the real Muslims are the members of the terrorist and criminal group Da'ish

While waiting for your answer is it true that Pakistanis, Indian Muslims and Bangladeshis like you are not allowed to shop in the big malls in Doha, Qatar? Oh you do not belive me here is a video

Why is that our dear m s? Is this Pakistani phobia by your Arab masters and is it true that even kuffar from the west and even Christian Arabs are allowed to enter these malls but not your likes?
