Iranian rejection of nuclear deal

Another reason for Khamenei to reject the deal is that it is no longer needed. Obama's sprint to the Security Council ahead of Congressional review, much less its approval, terminated the sanctions and nullified all of the Article 7 rulings against Iran's NPT violations. The Europeans are falling over each other to re-enter the Iranian market and the Russians are proceeding with the S-300 sale for which Iran can now easily afford with money Obama made available. So why not reject the deal and thus show contempt for the Great Satan's beneficence?
