ISIS: Not Destroyed, Just Moved.

ISIS might indeed soon be destroyed in Syria, but many of its worst have escaped through Libya and Turkey into Europe. It cannot win against resolute military force, but EU refusal to confront it but instead just react to its murderous initiatives, means that it will gather strength from now on through the passivity of gullible 'progressives' in the Western World.
