Excellent summary Dr. Daniel Pipes. And I agree the third scenario of resistance is the most likely , but perhaps not in all western european countries. Some will just quietly convert to become islamic.

Others will oppose the take over, perhaps Austria will again become the savior against the marauding muslims seeking to impose their parochial will on the people of Europe.
