Missing sources of peacefull Islam

We hear today again and again that Islam is peacefll and there is only small percentage of muslims which go wrong way and become islamist. But by looking to the written sources of Islam like Koran we see that those indeed support the islamist view of the world. Islamists just do what their holy book says. Deceive and kill kafirs, suppress women. From this perspective everybody who would like to follow peacefull Islam is a heretic.
Our democratic secular societies should treat Islam the same way as fascism and communism. Do not persecute individual muslims (unless they have done criminal deed), but prohibit sources which fulfills categorization as hateful ideology.
