I disagree with your predictionReader comment on item: Future Surprises that Could Shock the World: A Symposium Submitted by Humpery Shipless (Israel), Jan 16, 2017 at 02:04 Mr. Pipes, Your prediction of a post-Islamic era surprises me. I would have expected your extensive knowledge of Islam would have led you to a very different prediction. After living amongst Muslims for 45 years and studying the history of Islam, it is clear to me that the spreading of Islam (some like the term "radical Islam) will never dissipate or be quelled from within. It will only ever be quelled by force, and that option will not be used in the foreseeable future. Furthermore, you must be aware that the present Muslim population in Europe will itself serve to overthrow indigenous Europeans within a generation and a half, perhaps two, due to natural birthrate. This is not an accident. All Muslims know this, and this is seen by them as a means to live up to a most basic principle of Islam - make the world Muslim. So, rather than seeing Islam fade out in Europe, we will eventually see Muslim majorities democratically voting Muslims into the leadership in Europe, who will then abolish that same democracy that brought them to power. And guess what - all the arsenals of nuclear weapons will be in their hands. The only way that the above scenario will not happen is if Europe were to deport the vast majority of Muslims, something, of course, that would never happen. Basically Europe has missed the boat. It is up to Trump to see this does not happen in the US. Will he succeed? It seems highly unlikely with the leftist media labelling him a racist instead of applauding him for protecting his country.
