The "Palestinian" problem affects very little in the world

That is one possibility for the problem with Muslims in Israel (which includes the "West Bank", etc.). Even if it happened, though, it would not much affect the hellish problems throughout the Muslim World. Contrary to the myth perpetrated by Francois Hollande and others, the "Palestinian" problem affects very little in the world. It is simply another way for people to express their hatred of Jews and their religion.
