These three direct all the others you mention - MB, Shias, various Sunni Wahhabi, etc. It centralizes their common goal to make Islam and Sharia planet wide. Despite Shia and Sunni mutual hatred of each other, they work toward the same desire and that being that of Allah and his prophet.
"dhimmi no more" echoes my same sentiments.
