Exclude Turkish participation from weapons development

An anti aircraft system can only Work if an Automatic Identification System for Friend or Foe is installed. Othervice you will shoot Down your own aircrafts.

The same will be needed at the Russian S-400 system. WHO will install the IFF-system? The Russians will eventually know too much of the Nato technology to identify the friendly aircrafts.

Russia is already testing the Nato warning systems in the Baltic Sea where Russian fighters are harrassing civil aviation due to switched off identification systems.
