Dead on Arrival

This is virtually the same plan that Olmert offered to Abu Mazen. There is no real incentive for the Palestinian leadership since it is possible that Trump could be ousted in less than two years and the Palestinians always wait for a better deal in the future. The kicker in a Democrat becoming president in 2020 is that the US Embassy could be relocated back to Tel Aviv and this would be a win/win for the Palestinians! With Hezbollah armed to the teeth, Iran entrenched in Syria and now building a naval base in Latakia and soon to possess a nuclear weapon why the rush to peace?!
