Palestine not state with "Continued Israeli military control over Palestine's borders"

Palestine is not state with "Continued Israeli military control over Palestine's borders". That rules out the establishment of a Palestinian military. I find the offer deceiving. It presents no more than a one-and-a-half-state split. Palestine being merely half a state without military. Can anyone in Israel seriously argue one can have a country without a military?

Again, the West Bank as part of Jordan would have the Jordanian military to make it a full state.
