All your points are, of course, good ones. But the last is very cogent. Looking through the prism of Trump, his highest goal is to produce a result - a win - and claim he, and only he, was the one to put the decades long conflict to bed. Any attempted upset to this narrative of this would be dealt with by him in a negative way. Thus, when it starts to inevitably unravel, he will look for scapegoats and the situation may then not be so good for Israel. (I know I am just reiterating what the article already says).
