we reap what they sowedReader comment on item: Harvard's Communist Uprising, 50 Years Later Submitted by Charles Martel, Apr 18, 2019 at 01:28 For more than two solid years President Trump has been compelled to invest an inordinate share of his bandwidth battling the MSM, Democrat party, 9th circuit et al. — often in pursuit of commonsensical objectives a Democrat president would likely achieve sans pushback from any corner. Meanwhile, the Democrat party is led by young 'visionaries' pushing candy colored socialism and soft-serve Islam. The unifying theme in this maelstrom of the misguided can be laid squarely at the feet of academia. Among other misapprehensions that has taken place from the 1960s till now has been the substitution of 'equality of opportunity' in favor of the dangerous unobtanium, 'equality of outcome'. Worse still, somewhere along the line they've forgotten to instill the notion that our freedom isn't actually free, nor ours to squander. Freedom is really only leased, generation to generation, often at great cost, and paid in the coin of life and limb. Where are the academics teaching our children that lesson?
