Thanks to reader worriedabteuropReader comment on item: Harvard's Communist Uprising, 50 Years Later Submitted by Prashant (United States), Nov 16, 2019 at 11:55 Dear Dr Pipes, On your forum and elsewhere I have long been pursuing a policy of firm, polite, well reasoned and repeated criticism of Islam at every place it is found wrong or wanting. I am very thankful to your reader worriedabteurop for supporting my thesis that in the coming decades stubborn political Islam will become economically unsustainable and will collapse. I want a spiritual and humble version of Islam always exist and thrive but I want stubborn Islam to collapse. I think that collapse of political Islam will help Muslims, more than anyone else. The best thing that can happen to a religion is that it is separated from state. The best thing that can happen to the state is that it is separated from all religions. Muslims of the world were unfortunate to have not known this simple dictum for 1400 years of their history. Non-Muslims and enlightened Muslims need to to express their opinions as often as they can and support each other. For our own survival and for everyone's peace, prosperity and happiness,it must be done. Everyday.
