Uncanny parallels between Israeli and Indian situationsReader comment on item: Israeli Arabs Say No to Palestine Submitted by Prashant (United States), Feb 27, 2020 at 21:29 Dear Dr Pipes, it does not surprise me that Israeli Arabs say no to Palestine. There are uncanny parallels betwwn Indian Muslims and Palestinian Muslims. You see, Indian Muslims also have started to reject Pakistan. They have even started to use some Hindu religious sayings (like Vasudev Kutumbakam; this world is God's family) to show how much they love India. But have the core beliefs changed? Is Q5:33 is wrong now? Is Jewish bible not corrupted any more? Can an interfaith couple be open minded now? Do minorities in Islamic theocracies not have to live like dhimmis any more? Have muslims begun to like democracy not just for themselves but for others as well? None of the above, Dr pipes. None of the above. None at all. This is Taqia in action. Islam is as selfish and as out dated as ever. Just the political experiences have changed.
