Evictions of a Contested Sort

Elsewhere we read where the Jewish court system is about to issue a final decree evicting Arabs from homes their families were awarded after Jordan was awarded Jewish land under the auspices of a United Nations decree. Apparently, turn about is fair play. The suggestion is to analyze this from the standpoint that if it does stand, the repercussions will be heard a lot father away than the Temple Mount. The land described is Biblically referenced; it will cry for justice where justice is not is not being observed.
The article is now approaching ten years ago; yet it still reverberates with shouts of indignities like it was just yesterday: who knew, Dr. Pipes?
