And Now Dr. Pipes - As the Chinese CCP Encroaches from the East Against Western Civilizationism?

We understand the heavy concern now nearing four years later that Civilizationalism is still in contention after the American 46th Administration wasted whatever advantages that society used to have in Middle Eastern political circumstances; and there is the palatable shift away from the West (all media observances in Europe to the contrary - France for example) and Eastern (Oriental influences) expanding on the scene as the Chinese continue to strengthen it exposure from their bastion in the East. Is this civilizationist?
