Thanks for the insightful Centinela interviewReader comment on item: "Almost All Western Governments Finance Lawful Islamism" Submitted by Prashant (United States), Apr 30, 2022 at 05:08 Dear Dr. Pipes, Your interview with Centinela was absolutely insightful and everything that you said makes complete sense. I, however, have a slight disagreement with you. I think while the Muslims would love to paint the (so-called) Palestinian conflict as a Palestinian problem with Israel, the truth of the matter is that it is an Islamic problem. And, it is not even an Israeli/Jewish problem. Muslims are currently involved (or have been involved) in similar conflicts with Hindus in India, Christians in Nigeria, Communists in China, Buddhists in Myanmar, Russians in Chechnya, and Philipinos in the southern Philippines. And, it is just a matter of time before Muslims start fighting with Christians/Europeans in the heart of Europe. Islam stands on a very thin intellectual ground. If all people around the world with whom Islam is in conflict unite and launch a concerted and truthful intellectual attack on Islamic hypocrisy and self-serving practices, Muslims will have to change their ways. And, that is our hope.

Did I say the Palestinian-Israeli conflict has nothing to do with Islam? Reader comments (17) on this item |
