As if Any Further Incitement is Required to Burden Israel with the Global Angst Already Piled OnReader comment on item: "Almost All Western Governments Finance Lawful Islamism" Submitted by M Tovey (United States), May 4, 2022 at 10:46 The circumstances of 'Palestine' are the result of centuries of attempts by empires of all types to wrest control of a land promised to the Children of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, in a perennial batlle to rule the world on a global scale; many are the scoffers of that premise; but here we are in the shadow of all those battles and Israel remains as described, Jerusalem being the stumbling stone of the world and 'Palestine' is attached; and all those who are labelled in the inconvenient community left to be the proxies of all the modern issues of that global angst are 'called' 'Palestinians'. It is a modern transliteration of a name from ancient times, the Philistines, an ancient enemy that plagued Israel then; and the name is a reminder perpetuated in these modern times to the Israeli people that their future destiny recalls that prophetically.
