Need for modestyReader comment on item: Denmark Leads the West to Immigration Sanity Submitted by myth (Germany), Oct 31, 2022 at 16:50 Dave, are you seriously suggesting that we take our proven incompetence at home and apply it abroad? We cannot deal with a minority immigrant population at home yet you imagine we would therefore succeed with a majority population of millions in another country. In terms of scale Denmark sorting out its immigration is somewhere between solving the developing world's problems and cleaning up Brussel-Molenbeek. Your "exiled Iranian dissidents" tactic makes me recall some historical lessons. Say when Lenin was put on a train to save Russia and we would all live happily ever after. Wasn't Khomeini parachuted into Iran from France? I see some need for modesty rather than Neo-colonialism. I modestly prefer the rule of law over any so called immigration-policy. The article itself picks an even more modest word: sanity. Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
