Similar Trend in Sweden - Related to "Western Civilization"Reader comment on item: Denmark Leads the West to Immigration Sanity Submitted by Robert (United States), Nov 1, 2022 at 13:46 A Chinese journalist apparently analogizes the current political events in Sweden along the lines of Civilizationism (still a neologism word which he doesn't use explicitly): "Swedes' rising support for far right driven by sense of crisis in ideology, or Swedish culture" PS: I'm still waiting for someone to observed or write that Immigration is a form of Colonialism, but in reverse. I the past it was Advanced Civilizations that colonized lesser, weaker, or inferior ones. Now it's the Failed States that are sending us mostly their failing people. But why is this not a worse kind of Colonialism? By the way, the observation above exposes me to the charge of Racism. But Cultural or Civilizational are not related to the discredited 19th century pseudo-scientific notion of Race. However, Multiculturalism does apparently imply that all Civilizations are Equal. Well, if that's true than I say that some are more equal than others, particularly those in Western Europe and North America (I'm omitting the Pacific of course).
