With all due respect...Reader comment on item: Moshe Sharon Explains Middle Eastern Realities Submitted by Eileen (United States), Sep 30, 2006 at 12:29 Dr. Pipes, you are far more illustrious than I, but with all due respect, just because it appears that Muslims have grudgingly accepted non-Muslim domination in Spain, Greece, and India doesn't make it so. What was the Madrid bombing about? How about the many incidents that have taken place in India. I don't think it is a matter of acceptance at all; it is a matter of weakness. If and when they become strong enough, you will see them try to dominate these countries. I almost always agree with you, but this time I'm in Dr. Sharon's corner. We can co-exist with Muslims, but only from a position of greater strength. They will (and do) exploit any weakness we have to further their agenda of world domination.
