Disappointing sentimentalism from Dr. Pipes

Dear Dr. Pipes,

I thoroughly respect your erudite exposition and analysis of the problems everyone is facing with regards to islam. However, your point about there being no movement of re-establishing muslim rule in india is absolutely breathtaking. There are actually an uncountable number of muslim organisations in India working exactly towards that cause (e.g. Students Islamic movement of India which was actually involved in the Mumbai blasts)

Why does the situation in Europe worry you? Have there been suicide bombers? (except london) I expected you to know of the monumentally degenerate policies followed by the Indian Republic since independence in appeasing Muslims. Have you not read a single charter of every single Pakistani jihadi group working in Kashmir?

All of them singularly call for India to be returned to islamic rule. It appears, rarely as ever, dear Dr. Pipes, that you have allowed yourself to be taken in by sentimentalism just this one time.
