Improper Comparisons ...Reader comment on item: Moshe Sharon Explains Middle Eastern Realities Submitted by PRATHIBH (United States), Jun 11, 2007 at 17:42 Ed Melik,All those atrocities you attribute to Christianity is in the past, and was part of politics and colonialism.. Christian mind has evolved and you no longer find Christians killing in the name of Christianity. Look at the reaction to Da Vinci Code. Christians protested in every forum, but never killed people in the name of Christianity. Christianity has become a twenty first century religion, whereas Islam is still stuck in the sands of the 7th century. As long as Koran remains in the imagination of the Muslims as un-interpretable it is bound to be so. Humans who deserve to be killedf according to the injunctions have to be killed in flesh to satisfy the book, because any interpretation other than the literal is apostasy.
