Bart......I am not speaking past you, nor you past me. We understand clearly what the other one is saying. However, you refuse to admit the foundations of the world came from God, as surely as I admit that they have been borne of God.

I understand exactly where you are coming from......it is fine with me that you define faith only as it applies to the realm of religion. Then you can define faith as "unscientific," and you can avoid the mirror's reflection back to you on your own "faith" in science, and its wierd claims from century to century......and, lest we forget, or fail to include, the great advances science has made to the destruction of mankind.

Here, you show yor definition is being kept to the realm of religion.FINE...but let us not overlook whatever you wish to call your own "faith" in evolution, and what is "oberservable." You must leave out dark matter and dark energy, since they are not observable, and we ONLY KNOW THEY EXIST BY SEEING THE EFFECT OF THEM.....same way we "KNOW THAT GOD EXISTS,"

Bart, to be honest, no matter which scientist I read, there is NO scientific evidence for evolution.......and in fact, these same "skeptics" hold irrationally to evolution as if it were proven. I have to suspend ALL necesssary skepticism to believe that an entire Universe of cause and efect, itself had no original cause, intelligent design, or initiating order. I am being asked by scientists to believe it all happened by chance.

I will say this, for your having been a self-proclaimed Christian theologian IN THE PAST, you have quite a mixture of your historical facts.....you appear to have read widely, but not very deeply. I myself feel there are only two kinds of people in the world.those that love God, and those that refuse to love God.

You did originally "warn" Jewish people not to get "too cozy" with their new-found friends, Christian evangelicals. If that makes you comfortable, let us leave it at that.
