French and America

In response to Pete Commander's suggestions.

How can you blame France for any of the weapons in Iraq?

1. The US Government GAVE Saddam Hussein money and arms before the first Gulf War, so all missiles you may/may not find in Iraq are AMERICAN - not French

2. In fact the US Government actually put Saddam in power.

3. The CIA gave Al-Quaeda $3 billion as part of an argreement that they would help the US fight Iran (money which was used to train Osama bin Laden)

4. The US has VX gas, why does it care that France does? Surely Bush has proved he is more irresponsible than Chirac, therefore we should be concerned that Bush is the one who may use it.

5. The world's largest arms manufacturer is AMERICAN - not French

6. France did not "bend easily" to anyone's will - if you recall they said NO to war BEFORE any other European country - they instigated the need for America to call for a 2nd Amendment (which failed)

7. At least France have a leader who won fair and square in an election, unlike you Americans

8. Don't forget who gave you your Statue of Liberty - France

I suggest you wake up ... and see that Bush went ahead with war against a country to whom the US had given weapons and installed a dictator, without consent of anyone else but Britain (... and Britain only joined because of corporate ties with the US)
