Not so confident of Sharon

Sir,
First of all I want to thank you for all of your past support and influence in the states. Your opinions and article have great weight and are a very welcome breath of fresh air to those who live under the scorn and double standards held by the overwhelming majority of the world.

Secondly, I want to express my disenchantment with my prime minister, as well as my lack of confidence in your assessment of his strategy. I see sharon as a well intentioned politician who feels he has no choice but to buckle under the intense and immense pressure put forth by the bush whitehouse. i also believe that bush is well intentioned but for all the good intensions, we, the Jews of Israel will pay the price. the problem is that after a retreat such as this there will be no capability of a counter offensive. After Oslo, the world will never allow us to take back those areas we gave away. After this retreat, the world will only be too happy to keep us painted into the auschwitz corner.

thank you again for your support. If we had more friends like you, in the right places, we'd be more capable of withstanding our enemies vast numbers,
