Prison accomodation for MuslimsReader comment on item: When Osama bin Laden Becomes PC Submitted by MLJulia (United States), Jan 26, 2004 at 23:27 I happen to know personally that appeasement of Muslims in our own Federal prisons has been going on for over 20 years. A close friend of my family worked in the Lorton facility in Virginia as a management supervisor and gave us first hand reports of what was going on inside that facility with the some 30 different Black Muslim groups. In New York and other large metropolitan areas, the predominant religion of incarcerated men is the Muslim faith, and the chaplains who have been serving them have been found, in many instances, to be fomenting terrorism. This is not a new trend. Wake up, America. Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes. Original writing only, please.
