'Would' they?? You are horribly ill-informed. Not a question of 'would' at all - they have and did and are still doing so. It might have been OK if Muslims had just banned the building of spires on top of churches - but , no - they ban the construction of the whole church (or synagogue or temple).

It was a ban on the further construction of minarets - not mosques. Have you looked at the muslim prohibition on the construction of non-muslim places of worship in muslim countries ?

It's absolutely incredible how you clutch at any straw in order to make a nonsensical point, distorting reality in the process. The ban is on the further construction of minarets (not mosques) in the non-islamic country called Switzerland. Get that - it's a non-Islamic country? Got it now ? n-o-n i-s-l-a-m-i-c . No 'A' in there if you were looking for one.
