Muslim only enclave

Dear Dr Pipes:

You will soon discover that these Muslim-only-enclaves will lag behind the other sections of the society in terms of education, individual rights, prosperity, economic-growth, health, unemployment, spirituality, humility, and creativity. And these enclaves will lead the other sections in violence, cruel and unusual punishments, use of IUDs, in fratricidal wars, and pointing fingers at others. From the western shores of Africa to the eastern shores of Asia, there are tens of such Muslim-only enclaves and most of them are in trouble. So those who are asking for these enclaves be warned.
