Abiy El Fadl Representative of U of CA "scientific rigour"!!!

Abou El Fadl's meandering rant is like a magician's exaggerated overt arm/hand movements -- ranting and exaggerated hand movements are a distraction. Has anybody checked for the code words underlying all the meandering ranting?

Further, does Abou El Fadl represent University of California's "scientific rigour"? God help those who use his "legal expertise" in meaningful, life-impacting courtcases!
