Asking for Dr Pipes opinion

Dear Dr Pipes:

As a supporter of Israel I wanted to know your opinion on the following scenario. If American Hindus start buying property in Rhode Island in a concerted effort and when they have about 60 or 70% of Rhode Island purchased, they declare Rhode Island a Hindu homeland with the support of many Asian countries. WIll that be legal and fair? This scenario can be repeated with US muslims buying Maine with Arab money and declaring Maine an Islamic homeland in the new world.

I am playing the devil's advocate here and acknowledge in advance that neither Rhode Island nor Maine has any historical links with Hinduism or Islam while Israel is inseparably tied to Judaism. WIll like to have your opinion.
