Leaving aside the veracity of your claims and accounts,

The Canaanites were in the Holy land before the Israelites were in the land. Before 4000 BC, The Israelites emerges during Jacob and Joseph times not before (16-17 century BC), those people were of mixed ethnic groups who believed in the message of Abraham and followed his lead.

They were a mixture of Hebrews (those who crossed the Jordan river), the Arab tribes, such as the Canaanites, Hittites, Midianites, Edomites, Ammonites, Amorites, Philistines, Hittites and Phoenicians,(Mostly of Arab origins). They all lived in that region and had contacts with the new arrivals (i.e. Abraham tribe),.

Many believed his message and followed his son Jacob to Egypt. They were called the Israelites pertaining to Jacob who God called him Israel.

There was nothing called a Jew or Jewish at that time. Moses did not breach Judaism, he breached Islam, and Abraham was a Muslim too.

The Israelites or the Children of Israel were of a mixed race of people not only those who crossed the river with Abraham. But also who married into them, their sons and daughters,

Some Arabs were part of the Israelites too. Go back to history

For hundreds of years they lived in Egypt, they did not enter the Holy Land except after Moses died, they were counted between 300,000 to 600,000 (different sources) people, and many Egyptians too, were part of the Israelites when they left Egypt

1. The Land belonged to the Arabs before the Hebrews arrived.

2. The Israelites are a mixture of races, not only Hebrews

3. The Jews did have any kingdom in Jerusalem except for 70 years and then they were destroyed by the Babylon and Romans

4. The conquering of Jerusalem and Palestine under Umer Bin Khattab was peaceful and without fighting and it was taken from the Roman ruler at that time, not from the Jews. The city was not for the Jews or under the Jewish rule

5. The Muslims ruled and lived in the land more than the Jews did (folds of times)

6. The Jews who lived in Palestine are of ARAB descent until the beginning of the 20th century

7. The Jews who came after (in the 20th century) were all non-Semitic Jews who came from Europe, even their language when they speak English; you think they speak German English until today. They do not belong to the Semitic race, except that they speak Hebrew. They do not belong to the Holy Land and they never lived in the Holy Land.

8. God's promise to gather them in the Holy Land is seen as God's wrath on the Jews (this view is shared by many Jews too). God will gather and collectively destroy them before the end of times by the hands of Jesus Christ and the Muslims who follow him.
